MARCH -
NAPA VALLEY CHARDONNAY
Released from
California's prestigious Napa Valley. This Chardonnay delivers
all of the qualities expected of the white wine that put California
on the world wine map. Intense fruit aromas and flavours abound,
from initial bouquet to long glorious finish, including pear,
citrus, pineapple, tropical fruits, lychees and apples. Expect
high alcohol and a full body, finished with the right balance
of light, buttery oak and a hint of vanilla, for a Chardonnay
that many consider to be the world's definitive version.
APRIL - SYRAH / MOURVEDRE
A red wine blend for the ages. Obtained from long standing
vineyards in the world renowned Rhône Valley of southeast
France, the synergy of Syrah and Mourvedre varieties creates
an undeniable magic, reflecting the traditions of the area.
Rich and complex, the special blend combines subtlety and
smoothness with lively berry aromas and flavours. Strong tannins
and earthy character interact with deep plummy fruit and ripe
raspberries.
MAY - RIESLING / GEWURZTRAMINER
Bright lively,
intensely fruity blend of two celebrated German white varietals,
harvested from Washington State's Yakima Valley. Riesling
and Gewurztraminer are perfectly suited to this region, where
hot days and cool nights develop sugars while maintaining
acidity in the grapes. Both contribute vibrant fruit aromas
and flavours of peach, green apple, nectarine and lime, but
the duo's zesty spiciness steals the show. The nose is irresistible,
hinting at the citrus celebration that follows.
JUNE - CASTELLINA™ SUPER TUSCAN
Winemakers
of Italy's picturesque Tuscany region broke with tradition
to create undeniably great wines - the Super Tuscans, which
now command the highest respect (and highest prices) around
the world. The light cherry and lively fruit of the accepted
Sangiovese is matched with the firmer structure of the classic
Cabernet Sauvignon. Named for the famed hillside Tuscan village,
this Castellina™ Super Tuscan is an immediately appealing
red that gets better with age. Black currants and cherries
run amok, backed by fine tannins, smooth oak, and a long finish
that reveals a hint of blackberry.

BEAVERDALE
WINE KITS
House of Beaverdale is a pure grape concentrate of such high
quality that it allows people to produce fine wines in their
own homes, in a range of wines to rival those produced professionally
in the Chateaux of the world's greatest wine producing regions.
In order to achieve this we use single grape, or grapes from
an area like Rioja.
These come from all over the world, and represent some of the
finest grape varieties. The grapes are carefully balanced with
sugars to maintain the very highest standards of consistency
and quality. Like all grape wines, the House of Beaverdale will
improve with keeping, but we firmly believe that even within
a week of the wine being finished, you will be absolutely delighted
with the taste. If, however, a few bottles from each batch can
be laid down, they will have a chance to mature perfectly. The
six bottle size has over a litre of concentrate, the 30 bottle
size have over 5.5 litres of concentrate. All have yeast, stabiliser
and finings and are perfect for a beginner who is looking for
quality wine |

You will find the wine quick and easy to make producing 6

price. The table wines have been improved to ferment out in
7 days. Also flavours have been enhanced by using a superb
wine compound which is added to the finished wine. The alcohol
strength has been increased in the dessert and fortified styles
to 18% ABV. Butler is a range which will suit everyones tastes.
