Ciders
1.5kg kits only sugar & water needs to be added. The standard kit recipe can be adapted to make either 40pts or 30pts of a strong 6.4% cider. The Cider can be made "still" or "sparking".

The Explosive Kit produces 32pts of up to 8.4% strong White Cider.
